The Eco-Energy program is developed by Natural Resources Canada for improving or upgrading components of the home.
A Certified Energy Advisor (CEA) provides an objective review of the energy use in your home and determines a rating for the house based on scientific assessment. The energy advisor will show you how to improve the comfort of your home, cut heating and cooling costs, and ensure you have adequate, healthy ventilation. We will provide you with the knowledge on how your home uses energy and where it is being wasted.
The Certified Energy Advisor will perform a detailed on-site assessment of your home's energy use. The advisor will then provide you with a customized written report which includes a checklist of recommended retrofits to improve the energy efficiency of your home and, in some cases, to reduce your water and electrical consumption.
